Is Real Estate Investing Boring?

Real estate investing, sounds boring huh, but is it really? I don't think so. I should know because my parents are full time real estate investors. Real estate investing is fun because you can see the process of building a house right in front of your eyes. Is also fun because you can find super weird stuff like:

  • A toilet in the backyard?

  • 5 Basketballs

  • 21 DVDs

  • A calculus book for dummies (literally the title was ¨Calculus For Dummies¨)

  • A bunch and when I say a bunch I mean a BUNCH of McDonalds toys.

You can help out too. Example, me destroying walls with a sledge hammer like Thor. These are a few reasons why Real estate investing can be fun.
